Never with comcast again. I've a comcast web and wire connection and because I'm transferring out-of my present condo, I needed to stop the bond. I named customer service at 6:55 and also the ladies about the additional point was probably the most rude individual I've previously experienced. I'm an immigrant and do have an accent. As soon as the client care broker realized this she was rude. After I informed her that I had a need to stop the bond, she asked me for that quantity going back two cost cycles. I quickly responded after which she asked me going back two times of the cost. After I informed her, why she wishes that after I'm calling in the comcast authorized quantity, she was really rude. I expected her to talk to her supervisor to which she stated that the Supervisor isn't about. I'd been having great customer support with comcast until this occasion. Our new condo might no further have comcast when I dont wish to cope with such customer service brokers who believe we're freeloader. Unfortunately I really could not get her title, otherwise I'd have published it below...

I really hope COMCAST GOES BROKE... Their reduction is Verizon's gain
