Big scam, liars, stop them from stealing, unethical thieves, no moral values

I saw an article on the internet about a house wife working from home and making $5,000 a month using the internet, which also was adveristed as, as seen on TV, CNN, Google etc. I clicked on the advertisement and read that for $2.97, they would send me a kit about the internet business in the mail. Since it is only $2.97, I wanted to give it a try and gave my credit card informatin. I was waiting for the mail to come and mail never came to me. I carefully looked if there are any other terms and conditions but didn't see any and I thought it is safe to send $2.97. I didn't see anything else about 3 days free trial or else I would be charged $139.95. I signed up I believe on March 14.
After two weeks, I was checking my credit card statement online and to my surprise, I noticed a charge for $2.97 and $139.95 from ICM websites. My statement had half of their phone number. I immediately called my credit card company and asked them about the charges. They gave me ICM phone number from their records. Immediately I called them and asked them about the charges. Then they mentioned that it is in terms and conditions that after 3 days, they will charge 139.95 and they refused to refund my money as the credit card was charged after 3 days of trial period is over. I told them that I have not seen any terms and conditions and also I have not received any kit in the e-mail. They said they sent an e-mail to my account with details and charges. I checked my e-mails including my spam e-mail and didn't see any e-mails from them. After I talked to them on the phone, they sent me e-mail on April 2nd about xyzportalwarehouse.com, 139.95 charges, cancellation etc details.
I am seeing so many people are filing reports everyday on them. Still they are not stopping stealing money. It's a shame that we are letting these people eat our hard earned money and they are targetting the people who are jobless and trying to make some extra money. Our family is facing a job loss, a foreclosure and I was desperately looking to make some extra money and I became a catch for them. These people needs to be behind the bars. This is not the way of making money. They should be ashamed of themselves to make money like this. Please make aware of this scam to as many people as possible by giving it to news, media, better business bureau and stop them making easy money on their lies. I am glad I found your website and felt sad they are still targetting so many people, and many victims are filing reports everyday.
