Received credit for unauthorized charge of $94.89, without waiting 88 days!

My experience with this company is the same as the many others who have filed a report.initially my credit card was charged $1.99 and then it was noted when I received the statement from my charge that an amount of $94.89 had been charged as well. When I contacted them they said I had authorized this by agreeing to the Terms and Conditions. It is stated in the Terms and Conditions that if you do not cancel in 7 days your monthly membership fee of $94.89 will be automatically charged to the credit card given. Although it states on the website that it is 100% satisfaction guaranteed, "No hassle money back guarantee", "simply contact the customer service department and I will refund your payment", when you contact the customer service department to make this request you are told that your membership will be cancelled and no further charges will be made to your credit card, however, to get a refund you must contact the billing department and the only way you can do this is through e-mail. When you do this you get automated responses and are told that you must wait 88 days, to give the program a fair try, and then you may print out the refund request and fax it to them. It is false advertising to say that this is "no hassle". If you don't want to wait the 88 days they offer you a credit of half the amount. Don't accept it! There IS a way to get your refund before waiting the 88 days. File a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I did this and within a week the full amount of $94.89 was credited to my account.
