I would like to report on Verizon small business technical support and a customer service.
I am losing business because of the verizon unresponsiveness and unwillingess to pin point the problem. Right now my office doesn't have any connection to the internet, fax and phone lines are dead. I can't even start to report how much business I am losing right now, because of the verizon. And all I got, is technician will see you sometime tomorrow. They don't care about their customers. I can't even tell you how many times I heard that from verizon and nobody would show up for 3 days after the reported problem. I am sick and tired of dealing with them. To tell you more, It is the same problem with my line that happens over and over again.
