About two years ago the software "Singing Coach" from carry-a-tune would not function after a computer factory restore.
I have not been able to reach by phone or e-mail the carry - a - tune company since then. As of 09-15 I used the following e-mail newly given to me at another attempt to contact them with no response.

I paid a lot of money for a program that I cannot use but wish to.
I would love to resolve this no-functioning program and continue with this the lessons given within the program.
This complaint is also to let others know of the failure from carry-a-tune to properly support their software.
If possible, could you help them to support their program and/or return my money for a program they have not supported?
