Keep passing the problem from 1 person to anothe

We've documented our web/dsl issues daily to get a week and half. They maintain moving the issue from 1 person towards the additional individual, each one of these stating it's set. We've had a brand new modem, new modeum and lastly they delivered a technology on Wednesday, february. 25. He changed a-line. Well it's out again, on Friday Feb. 27th @ 2:18pm. We're a company AND CERTAINLY WILL NOT run with no web. I've dropped recurring company, my workers are discouraged, I'm frustrated and our clients are also.incidentally, did I-say we're a insurance provider? Whenever we cannot support them-they abandon and proceed next door to somebody who may! May I manage to get rid of company within this evening and period? NO. We were having a nearby web company before and not had an issue together. They joined up with Valor / Windstream and requested us to visit Windstream. Bad error, used to do not wish to doit. What i thought could happen, did. There's no opposition for Windstream so that they might care less when they repair an issue or not. Should you do not have to use them do not. They don't care!!!
