Liars. Dont believe a word they say! They tell you things to sign up with them and then when you do sign up it all changes!

We had hughs internet company call us many times to try to get us to sign up with them and I kept putting it off because for one it was to spendy at the time and I also heard not all good things about them.
Then one day a guy called and said he would give me a wonderful deal to sign up today..
He said he would give me an extra $50.00 dollars off the price so I would owe a $119.00 when it was installed. Oh ya by the way their so called free installlation, also not true, they end up charging you for it just under another name. I asked the guy at 4 times how much I would have to have when they installed and he told me the $119.00. So I said ok and about 1 week later it was installed. I called them to have an upgrade 2days after and they told me I couldnt do that because my bill has not been paid. I said the money was in the account, then she said the amount of $458.00 was not in the account. I said wait a minute thats not what I was quoted on the phone.
She said that i purchased the equipment and did not lease it, I said I would have never have done that because I dont have that much money. So they said they listened to the phone conversation and that I was wrong and I would have to pay.
There is so much more to this then I can write, just dont ever do business with these people they lie to you and deceive you. I am not going to pay them anything I dont care THIS IS REDICULOUS... I hope someone does somthing about them soon!!!
