Bestbuy order review - Toshiba laptop

My bf went to buy a computer. Best Buy was offering $100.00 off if you sign up for internet services at best buy with Clear internet. Well my bf has been up there 4 times (over a 2 week period) and the internet set up was down every time. The sales associate told him there was a clear internet location. He told him to go there and activate it and they would give him a refund on the 100.00. So he went to the internet place and got everything activated. He went back to Best buy to be told you only get the rebate if you activate the internet in the store. He asked for the manager and he said no we can't give it to you because u went outside the store. He didn't do anything about the sales associate telling him the wrong thing. All he said was well he shouldn't of told you that. The manager didn't do anything even though his employee admited to telling him to do this. The internet place has a cancellation fee once you sign up. He called the customer service line for complaints and left a msg for someone to call back. It has been a month and nobody has called back. I guess Best Buy doesn't care if they screw over there customers. There employee told him to do it otherwise he would of never had done it. If there internet set up would have been working, he would of never had to do it. We will never go back to best buy. I will pay more to go somewhere else. The internet is with the same company Best Buy was signing him up with so what does it matter if he had to go to the actual internet store.
ALso Best Buy had to order his computer because it wasn't in stock and would be there in about a week that they would call him. Did anyone call him. No he just stopped by because he hadn't heard anything. This all was at the Abilene, Tx store. The guy at Clear internet says they always have problems with Best Buy telling people the wrong things and have had numerous complaints of the same thing.
