I've had Comcast for the last five years unfortunately. Originally Adelphia it was absorbed by the horrid Comcast and we were left with no other option but to tolerate it.
Over the last five years we've had numerous issues where a technician was sent to "fix" the problem. Each and every time they tweaked the exact same thing the first technician tweaked. Granted if we were not paying service fees, then by all means waste your time. But of course as they dig into our pockets for more money they don't fix the problem.
Just over the last two months our Internet has been collapsing nearly every night after 7PM and our Television has been pixeling since November and now is completely out nearly midway through December. Fortunately I have it at 11PM write now to inadvertently spit on their horrid: Customer Service, Problem Solving/Prevention, and overall service. To put it bluntly, they SUCK.
There is a saying the squeak wheel gets the grease, apparently Comcast is so horrible that they are immune to the constant squeaky wheels of my town. Half the time (I) know more than their technicians and I find that extremely repulsive.
I write this with quite a lot of anger pulsing through my veins and taking all of my strength to not verbally defecate on this horrible service.
I recommend Comcast to NO ONE and never will.
