Late Shipment - Wrong Item - Won't Respond

At first seemed slow, but reliable. I had ordered 6 custom frames and they were received late, but in good condition. My second order for 12 frames was a different story. I ordered $834 worth on 6/18 with a promised date of 7/9. I received the order on 7/15 and the frames were made wrong.

I have sent numerous emails, and voice mails... No one will respond to either. They "never" answer their phone, and I suspect this is a part time venture for the business owner.

Now I have been forced to change my artwork at a cost of $800 to fit these frames. Not good.

I would suggest you "not" purchase custom frames from this broker.
