I made the mistake of ordering 200 $ frames from them on 1/1.
On 1/8 I had received no email from them even though they
stated they would be shipping in 3-4 days. I attempted to
call the 800 number and it went to voicemail. I emailed them
and it came back failure to send. I tried a different email stating I wanted to cancel my order. They emailed me back stating they would charge me 35$ to cancel my order. This is
what they do-I think their scamming. They said they would
send the frames in 2 days - they never did-they never contacted me -they removed the charge from my credit card. BEWARE DO NOT USE THEM-they will also send you
the wrong frames and refuse to give you a return address. They go by framesemporium and shadesbroker also
