The toughest encounter I've ever endured. I had been lied to, over-charged for delivery and needed to deliver one set back twice.

Have lost any assurance in regards to what they inform me and the things they do. I've been coping with these folks from December 17 but still have not obtained my total-order. There site says a 48-hour recovery... Yes right. This type of person therefore screwed-up on conversation, customer support and quality of the merchandise.
