Absolutely unable to contact anyone by phone

I registered E-Music in Nov. 2007. The price was $10/month for 30 downloads per month. You're not able to see their list till once you register (this will have now been a). I had been ready to locate just 2 tunes I preferred and consequently obtain to my pc.

Next, I instantly terminated my membership but have stayed charged for one more 3 months. I've required my consideration be shut on 3 distinct events and continue being informed it's been, when it'snot. I've up to now invested $40 on 2 tunes! Oh, but I forgot, my previous Computer died along side these 2 tunes.

You're completely not able to contact anybody by telephone. Our credit card company stated the one thing they might do is always to matter me a brand new card.
