I requested on December 8th to get a Holiday present and after no delivery verification from the 17th I approached the organization. I'd to test two distinct mail details because among the details shown on the internet site returned as not identified. I had been informed the merchandise could be expedited for shipping no later than Dec. 22nd. It never arrived.

Over five emails and three telephone calls haven't been delivered by the corporation. The shipper, DHL, claims them was never really acquired in the organization.
