Avoid buying from them

Undoubtedly the worse customer support encounter I've ever endured.invested £2000 purchasing bedroom accessories, not just made it happen appear 2 nights later than guaranteed (trouble of getting to get days off-work) but I had been not kept informed of the both. Once the furniture came the folks building it barely talked any Language. I dont have something from this however they couldnt comprehend where within the space I needed it built & the format. They built it within the wrong location which recommended I had been not able to transfer the things because of them being so large. Mattress was king-size but bed was increase which intended it didnt fit correctly. Several items of furniture were damaged.

After I faced the shop-keeper besides being rude he confronted me he "understands where I reside" & may "kind me out" due to the fact I reported in a polite but firm way. This didnt suggest changing themattress having a correct measured one-but a lot more like I am gonna come & get you. It thought I had been coping with a thug rather than store store.

Cause I reported he got it individually & guaranteed to not correct the issues that had happened because of his furniture not being of acceptable quality. I will just state avoid this store no matter what if you don't appreciate being cut of with poor quality products & support.
