It is definitely a scam, the 18773508480 number i called either on hold for long time and got answer and got hung up when i asked for refund. Called in to cancel within the 14days, they still charged the $91 to my bank account, and they told me that product is was on the way i just have to return it and the $ will be credited to my account. After 2months i called up, they said "oh you have to call again to say you have return it" even if they give me a confirmation number that it was cancel and will be refund, now another month has passed, i called again the first answer is they did not charge me then they hung up on me, i called again the 2nd time when they heard i ask for the refund pending, they just hung up on me again. The 3rd attempt they told me that they do not issue refund they will just cancel the order. I told them i was charged for something i didnot received in oct 08, they said you just have to wait for it., and again they said we have other calls to take we are finished talking we will not issue a refund to you. Even if you say you will go to consumer association to report, she said this is not a scam we have good business. Can you believe this!
