Had 30 day guaranteed satiffication or I would receive refund. I did not receive and was lied to

I ordered high speed internet from this company who was representing Verizon.
I was told the first charge to my credit card would be $64.99 and it was so charged
I had a 30 day satisfaction guarantee or I could cancel and get a refund and I have been working on getting this refund since about the 1st of July and was promised by a sales rep by name of Tamara (last name unknown) that she would take care of it, but she kept putting blame on differenct things, so she lied.
Verizon has sent me several bills and made adjustments to all of them... The first one was $88.74, then the next for $280.57, then a second notice for same amount and then an "adjusted" bill for $29.04... Weird... AND I never even got to use the system BUT THEY CLAIMED I DID... I still have all these stupid bills where they do not seem to know what they are doing, and then to beat it all, they kept thinking I had a wirelesss phone plan...
COMMON SENSE would dictate that one would not cancel a plan in the first two months and have to pay the cancellation fee of $280... You would think as big a company as Verizon is, they would have caught this.
I have papers to prove what I have stated, and I will not pay this fraudelent bill and I am still expecting a refund of $64.99 on my credit card bill.
AND since I am filing this report, I intend to let Verizon know that they should not be represented by such a slovenly company such as All American Direct and certainly no one there by the name of Tamara...
