On 7/24/09 I placed order and never got it. 2 days later they took $22.84 from my acct. I reported 4 times & never got any response. Now I see that the website is not even active. What should I do?

It's been 4 months since i've placed my order w/Iowaink.com. I emailed them 4 times & called several times. There was never a response. Only 1 month later I noticed other complaints on the internet about Iowaink. All orders were placed around the same time. What should we do? My money are gone.
