"Once your order has been authorized and approved our normal delivery times are 5 -10 business days". This is what is posted on their website. 14 days later and the orders still had not been processed

I placed an orders on 8/21, a draft against my credit card issued on 8/22 and ghsales received payment on 8/25. Tracking information was emailed to me with the order conformation. The orders was never processed. I attempted to contact the company via phone and email from 9/06 - 9/09. After I filed a dispute with the credit card company I received a response from ghsales. Here is the response I received.

"That is fine it was going out tomorrow... If you looked at our website and looked at the time frame we say our delivery times are we are within those time frames. We also do not count holidays or weekends as shipping days.

We will cancel your order. And how you can call your credit card company and tell them that we never delivered your product is ridiculous considering by law it is 30 days before you can contest your charge. We as a company also have 30 days to refund your money as per MC... VISA regulations.

Aside from that we have been in contact via telephone on two occasions and via email 3 or 4 times. I don't know how many times you expect us to contact you?

We will refund your order and please do not order or attempt to order from us in the future. We own several online clinics and if your name shows up we will just cancel your order.

They received the monies on 8/25 and still had not processed the order by 09/10. I don't know if they ever ship anyone there orders. I think they are a fake and a rip off.
