This was the 2nd time I ordered from this website. The first time, I received my order quickly and had no complaints. This time I ordered 2 DVD sets. Credit card was charged within 2 days of order. A week later order status was still Pending. Emailed the company, order status was immediately changed to Processing. Over 1 month later it is still in Processing even though the "normal" ship out time was within 48 hours of order. Have emailed an addition 3 times with no response. Have initiated a charge back through my credit card. I can only assume that this website is more scam than trustworthy or perhaps is in finantial trouble and can't fulful orders. However, that is no excuse for taking the funds and not fulfilling the order. Think twice before trying to do business with this company.
