I tried to place an order of shoes for my son. I received an email that the order failed so I re-ordered. Several times, I was emailed that the order failed. Then a few days later, I realized something... All the orders went through. I ended up cancelling my credit card, but not before 2 orders were charged to my credit card. I received one order. I was charged for 2 orders but only received one order. I didn't want the second order. I thought there was a problem with the payment so continued to try to place order. I have emailed the company many times but have never received a response. There was no tracking number on the order they took payment for and did not send. My credit card was charged 197.76 for an order that did not come nor did I even mean to order! I wouldn't know how to return it if I ever did get the duplicate order of shoes.
