Com FREE SHIPPING IS A LIE ripoff deceptive company slow prossessing

I Purchased software titles in March I was entitled to a shipping rebate that I promptly filled paperwork out on and mailed back immediately, the terms of shipping rebate were 6-8 weeks.

I waited until the month of June! And still had not received the rebate.
I called my Account Executive "Joe C. McNeely" and was told "I don't know why you weren't sent your rebate, I will send it out ASAP."

Now it is July, and repeated attemps to contact my Account Executive have not made any difference. Finally I called another Executive and was informed by him that "yes I see the request right here and I see that it was never filled!" I aske the Executive Why? His answer I don't know..
