Electronics Rebate Ripoff

Purchased a "GEM" monitor from Fry's in Dallas, Texas on January 27. Mailed rebate offer of $70.00 to them on January 28. As of today, April 30, I have yet to receive my rebate check. I have made several calls to the home office and left several messages but my messages have went unanswered. After about 10 phone calls within 4 days, I demanded to speak with Mr. Randy Fry himself but was told he wasn't in the office. Today, I finally spoke to someone who handeles the rebates and after she did some research, she called me back to inform me they were not able to locate my request. I am in the process of pursuing this issue and will do whatever it takes to get my $70.00 from this company.
