Wont let you cancle

Signed up for the trail 2 weeks before I moved then my printer was broken in the move. I called to cancel it and they gave me bull about how I still had 2 weeks and they would cancel it for me after that. I called again 2 weeks later to make sure and the woman told me it wasn't canceled. I asked her to cancel it and she tried to talk me out of it. I told her my printer was broken and she was even able to look on her computer and see that I'd never even gotten on their website so she tried to "extend my trail" until October 31st and then cancel it even though I just kept repeating that I wanted it canceled. I got charged on Nov 6. I called them up and I was told that I was locked in a lease for a year! I had to argue with a supervisor just to get this crap canceled. Now I guess I'll wait a month and see if they hit me again. They refused to refund the charges they had already posted so now I have to call the bank and file a claim with them.
