Telecom Company Windstream—has charged me for more than 1 1/2 decades to get a phone support, they do not possess and it is charged by another supplier, Timewarner Cable.

Windstream recognize the mistake but WOn't repair it; additionally, decrease to reply a BBB Problem. The Consideration is just a phantom take into account a phone number that's currently operating under Time-Warner whom has approached Winstream but obtain no solutions.

Meanwhile, I've had about 4 broken promises to repair problem but to no avail. Winstream has credit the phantom account and shifting resources within and needs cost for that proper account by which they've currently get funds, but proceed to credit towards the phantom consideration.

This history is really unreal... I can not get this to up, plus they kicker is they do not understand how to repair it, and threaten to damage my credit for consideration they currently obtained complete cost, but because of their billing program, they do not understand how to correct, and so I have to create extra funds. May so one clarify this in my experience...
