Jimmy) winstream customer support) suggests that there's a "sluggish service problem" in my own section of Georgia. This is actually the reaction I've been obtaining for 3 months today. I caught with Windstream for 3 Mbps and am receiving. 2 to 1.2 Mbps download. What's happening slowstream?
