The corporation must be released of company, we employed the service to get a week after which we terminated, then i observed my charge card was still being billed, my spouse created 3 calls for them over a period of time of 2 weeks informing them to cancel support, we did the things they requested, delivered them notice to cancel simply because they informed us they might not cancel within the phone, somewhat amusing that they'll begin your service within the phone but can't cancel within the phone, they nevertheless WOn't stop, therefore the only choice I'd to complete was to stop the charge card they were getting month after month. So everybody must remember that this can be a fraud to obtain more $ to get a support you're not using.
