In January/February of the year I approached LocalNet concerning the chance of with them for my ISP. I had been having difficulty with my very long time ISP, PittsburghConnect, and was considering creating a change. I questioned about payinfg to get a year at the same time and carrying out a money on my banking account. They claimed they might do this. There is NO particular comittment, only a feasible start-date of no sooner than the very first section of May, which I'd contact them the moment I made the decision so that as to when to start support.

Then my 11-year old pc quit and it would price over $100 to repair it, and only at that same period, I'd 2 aged family unit members die and that I needed to spend burial costs for EACH - $12,000!! Well, I actually donot have that type of cash simply hanging out in my own banking account, and funerals come before a brand new pc. And so I named LocalNet on March 8th - in sufficient time, and informed them what occurred which used to do not need a PC and so I didn't require their support, also it will be a LENGTHY time before I'd have the ability to purchase a different one, and also to possibly Stop the purchase OR delay it FOREVER.

They said I might contact them after I was prepared. I also stated that the startup disk these were likely to deliver me, they might simply ignore that - to not deliver it, since with no pc, I'd not require it. Then your woman, claims, "Oh, we will deliver it right out for you today!" I said that I simply informed her that used to do not need a PC AND NEVER to deliver it - and he or she stated, "ok".

Well, they attempted to bill me to get a complete YEAR and there is insufficient in my own bill - so that they charged me another $35 after which attempted again to obtain the cash, after which included another charge! I acquired my bank record and CHILD was I ANGRY!!! They declare the consideration started on April 1st and that I owed it! I advised them I'd terminated

They said I didn't deliver a TERMINATION NOTICE! They never stated they required a NOTICE! And so I delivered a notice in-May, after which I acquired my bank statement recently (June 2) plus they charged me $33.94 and stated that was for rescheduling service - I just had a POSSIBLE PURCHASE - I never had SUPPORT, so just how can I stop anything I never had??? With NO pc, WITH NO Launch Disk, how may I have ANY support??? They stated my ask March 8th simply delay my purchase until April 8th - they stated they might not hold the purchase over 30 times. Well I'd informed them to possibly STOP it OR wait FOREVER - I never decided to only a one month deferral. With no NOTICE was actually described.

It Is A fraud Organization - and they'll sck every cent out-of you that they'll! Operate from their store!!!
