Unjust costs

I terminated my localnet support in May of the year. I had been not billed for May or July. I received my bank record for September and July plus they had started getting me again. I did so anything they questioned me to complete to stop my service in May however now they're stating I never terminated my support. They claim I named in July but never delivered a fax or perhaps a notice to there office at home. I had been informed in April to deliver a contact along with a notice that we did. After I named nowadays I had been really annoyed and also the woman about the telephone was laughing at me like I had been insane. Don't conduct business with this specific organization they're tearing people off!!
