Ripoff DSL provider, the business from hell

I've had Verizon's "wonderful" DSL for about six months now. All I can say is it's nothing but trouble. Firstly, it took them an entire month to get my DSL up and running - such bullshit.

When I finally got my DSL up and running, the speeds promised were not there! I signed up for a 768K download /384K upload and have never received such speeds! I'm getting download speeds of a 33.6K modem and uploads speeds at 5.2k/minute. Supposedly, the website promises 50 times the speed of dialup!

Hell, I've had better speeds during dial up!!! My computer is, thankfully, the most up-to-date on the market. I have 80% free and running. Everytime I submit a trouble ticket with the Customer Service Representative (CSR), we go through the exact same shpiel which only aggrevates me and changes NOTHING!

After countless hours of idle chat with the CSR, we're right back to where we started - nothing works. Everytime I try to tell the CSR that everything is okay on my part, and it's they who need to make changes, they don't listen!

I swear if I hear them tell me to re-power or power cycle my modem, I'm going to jump out the phone line and smack them silly! Their DSL SUCKS! And what's worse is that I can't get another phone company to provide my DSL service.

So for you folks looking for DSL, skip verizon. They have poor CSR and you get better dialup speeds. I really hate verizon and want you all to spread the word. Verizon is the WORST DSL provider! F - you James Earl Jones & Verizon, the shoddiest company in the USA.
