Verizon 0.4Mbps in NYC - Fios TV, internet package

Verizon FIOS has incredibly slow speeds in my building tonight. It should be 50 times faster than the speeds I'm getting (200kbps to 400kbps, as tested by SpeedTest.net).

Please fix now.
