Will not accept a cancelation but just keep taking funds from my paypal account

I purchased a 12 months subscription only. This company will not accept cancellation and just keep taking funds from my paypal account.

I notified paypal about this unauthorized transaction, but who knows what bull they have fed paypal but paypal refused my claim! So I guess I will be paying them every year. Thanks for the buyer protection from paypal.
