Dishonest Buyback Activities

Posted two books for buyback. One was somewhat employed (no publishing, no harm, no showing, however, you might inform the guide have been read). The 2nd was in completely new situation, never exposed or placed on a ledge. It had been bought fresh, positioned on a desk or table (in a clear, low-smoking house). I told them I had been delivering a "used condition" along with a "fresh condition" guide and packaged each in another Tyvek cover, covered each with bubblewrap and put into a dual-walled container—very well packed. They randomly transformed the score about the new guide to "employed" and declined to convey why they created this change. The repeatedly delivered type characters in reaction to my comprehensive questions—discussing "rack use" and "publishing about the websites". Not ONCE did they really answer my issue. The only real good factor I will claim about them is the fact that I obtained my check inside a week. Be informed that when you deliver your publications for them, you CAn't get them back! Hence, when they alter the problem score, you're caught with whatever they spend you (or not pay you). Arrogant and disrespectful business.
