BookRenter.com is Terrible. I hired two publications and delivered them before deadline. I place BOTH publications IN ONE SINGLE deal whilst the return instructions stated so. They deliver me a contact they had obtained ONE guide although not another one. Just how can one simply have obtained one guide and never another if they're within the same container?! Why could anybody from FedEx simply take one guide from the container? The absent guide was underneath the additional guide which was obtained by them. Very peculiar. I think it is rude they suggested I deliberately held another guide that we didn't. I ENSURED I set both publications inside it. It's obvious that somebody in the return website all messed up. They explained they dumped the box and may not think it is anymore so that they may as well ignored the 2nd guide and dumped it combined with the container. Calling backwards and forwards with customer support they kept showing the only answer would be to buy out the guide. "Yours to maintain!" mentioned on the site whenever you buy out. Whatever. I DESIRE I Would had purchased out the guide in the place of returning it therefore I'd atleast have anything in substitution for my dollars! Therefore beware should you return numerous leases in one bundle. They are able to virtually mess you over anytime by suggesting they didn't obtain among the publications and state they're not accountable for it (even when they dropped the publications themselves)!
