Don't use this company for buyback. They lay. I submitted two excellent publications... One they state seriously stained and also the other missing pages. These publications were equally regular university used texts. NO websites were removed with no spots were in it. These were excellent condition. Therefore after I delivered them in I can't document any state to come back my publications. Horrible. Use textbooksrus or another company. You will find additional buyback locations available, might be lower buyback cost but truthful.
