Deceptive company, will not return our money and they have the product back, nationwide

It has been 5 months and no money. I need my money back. It is mine! They have lied!

I was ripped off by the dell company, I ordered one computer and it crashed and they sent me another one which crashed in two days of receiving it. I sent it back and they have not sent me my money yet it has been 5 months trying to get my money back. They keep saying they are sending it but do not they have lied and lied to us. This is my money and i want it back. Do not trust them we will never buy anything from them again and have contacted our lawyer who will be in touch with them.

The comsumer should not have such trouble with a company that is telling people it has the best customer service. If you try to get what is yours. Good luck!!!
