Bait and Switch scheme, when confronted acted unprofessional, pored drink on me in public

Rent a Geek got me in the door stating they could fix my computer for $59. Then when the price went up I stated I wanted an evaluation for final costs and if was over $150 I would purchase a new machine. This business said it would not be over $150. After my computer was brought back running, but not well, I received a bill for $230. I agreed to split the difference of $150- $230 =$40 when he became verbally aggressive I made a final offer of all but $20 of the balance, mostly for the principal fact that I was getting ripped off! The owner hung up on me with some distasteful words prior to doing so.

In a week I was having dinner with some friends in a nice restaurant, thankfully not clients, and this same owner pored a full glass of ice water all over me. (real classy) He said "now were even" (like some water on my cloths was a big deal) I was obviously humiliated and shocked but remained the better person and smiled a fake smile. This is an example of bad character and poor proffesioal standards. I hope no one chooses to use this company unless its hot enough to need the refreshing feeling of ice water in your face: (
