Will not tell me if or when they will ship

Placed order, they have CC #. After more than 3 weeks, no idea when shipping, no idea if order has been started, no option to cancel, no expidited shipping, no no no. This is all I heard after hours on hold to speak to a rep, messages left unanswered, stock emails explaining how the company is "transitioning", I'm just looking for resolution. No contact from company saying they could not fulfill order. Looks like they are still selling on their website. I got the reference from a teacher. I'll be sure to share this problem with the entire school district. Beware before ordering... Their interpretation of 2-3 weeks is not in real time.
