Computer ripoff, took money from Bank account and never received anything at all from them

Called Company for Computer, nice guy selling said I would get a free printer, free GPS or WII, Credit report would be positive and computer would be delivered ASAP. I had never received anything from company and money was being taken from my account. I called they reassured me it was paper work and be patience. I waited a week called again same answer, still money was being taken out of account. I finally called and said that this is wrong Im done waiting give me my money back and forget it. That was when the nightmare began.

I was spoken to rudely, hung up on, and told too bad you can stop us from taking anymore money but you will not see the money we already have, you agreed to it and its ours. I then said I agreed to receive a product for said monies, and have never received a thing no welcome to our program nothing in writing. They then tried to say I moved and the paper work was at another address, which is a lie, first of all I forwarded all my mail and never missed any other mail except the mail from this company. I filed a report with BBB, nothing was resolved and I am still out around 400.00usd. I believe this company preys on poor and bad credit people, takes money pisses you off, so they dont have to send any product, and get lots of cash free and clear, based on a lie of cleaning up your credit while gettin you a new computer. I am a professional person and make great money, I do have some black checks in my credit report and thought it was a good idea since I needed a computer. The man that I dealt with wrote the BBB and sasically said these people are dirt bags, so we have the right to take from them.
