Never sent the computer mclean virginia

I called cec solution because they said that they will help people with the credit and also you can finance a computer. They told me that after the 3rd payment i was going to recieve my computer, after i paid they said that i needed to complete some paper work. After i completed the payments there was no computer. The other excuse was the hurracaine in texas and now after they told me that i was going to get the computer last week (11.10-11.17)

I called today and told me that it was wrong that because i skiped a payment they couldn't send me the computer until i pay that day (i skiped the day on october and they already charged me and none of this was mentioned at the begining of this month when i called for the delivery day).

I can't get my money back because the said that they don't do that and i still dont have my computer. Oh did i mention that i sign up for this back on march. The manager are never abelible and if they are the won't let you talk. I want me money back.
