Guaranteed Consumer Funding they made withdrawals from my paycheck since july, and i dont have a computer yet

In July i placed an ordered with CEC for a Intel Pentium 4 3.0 GHZ computer, 17"flat screen monitor, free printer. Once six consecetive payments were withdrawn from my account, i will receive my computer, and this would help my credit report.

Today is December 27, and i have not received the computer. I did however, send them a notice certified mail, return receipt requesting the return of all monies withdrawn from my account to date, and i alerted my credit union to not allow CEC/or GCF to withdraw from my account.

I also left a voice messege as they require to place a stop withdrawals from my account. This was a month or so and i still have not received my monies. Their business practices are shady. I am in the process of sending them a second and final notice as i speak.
