I'm currently financing a computer through this company. I was told once I made the $300 committment, my computer would be shipped. Well, I've been paying $71.98 for about 6 months now, and still I have not received my computer.

They claim they've sent me paper work which i didn't return, that's why I never received my computer. But I never got the paper work. When I try and call and talk to the customer care people, they transfer me to an automated system that hangs up on me. They claim one of my payments bounce or was returned from the bank, that's another reason why I haven't received my computer. But that is untrue. I verified through my bank, and all of my payments have been met. They come directly out of my account, so I don't understand how they could not have received the payment.

Now they are saying I have to wait another 3 months before they "review" my account so my computer can be shipped.

This company is full of crap, and I want my computer or my money back. I will be talking to an attorney within the next couple of weeks to get this situation rectified. I have no problem paying the payments, I just want what they promised.

They said I would be financing a computer, not putting one on lay a way. They keep coming up with reasons why my computer cannot be shipped.
