Total scam no real contact only designed to get cc info any california

Cancelled during the trial period and recieved acknowledgement from company billing software. Had to call after CC was still charged the full next monthly fee. Called and the billing person at the SUPPORT line on the site told me I had to also call them to cancell, that the email conformation meant nothing. I had to call my bank and have them reverse debit the charge.
This is a total SCAM and designed to fake responses to any contact the member initiates. Gotta hand it to them... However, they are stealing from you.
You will never be contacted in return by a real person. The closest you will get is the person who answers the cancellation line.
