This will be pretty much the same as other reports I have read. This happened to me on November 21st. I opted for the one day trial at the stated fee of $1.99 usd and cancelled within the 24 hour period. I actually cancelled in about 18 hours, as I downloaded the limit. It didn't matter though, because when I checked my bank account a few minutes later, I learned that I was charged the full monthly rate of $39.90 usd at the time I activated the $1.99 24 hour trial. I have submitted a request through their contact/support page but am not holding my breath. I will say that, at least for me, the service ran just as expected and the movies I downloaded came fast enough and are expected quality. But the billing is fraudulent, plain as day. I will of course follow up on this. If anyone out there knows any trick to finding REAL contact information for a company that doesn't offer this info on their website (basically, all you know is the web address) Please post this info. Thank you.
