I have noticed that "manstermed legal" does not put a contact number to get resolution here at complaint, and that the person or person will post "Resolved" in the title in an attempt to make it look like the company is on the up and up.

Here's the real scoop:

Manstermed, aka "sexinyourcity.com" is pulling your debit card information from legitimate transactions and capturing your IP address in order to make it look like their phony transactions are legitimate to EPOCH.com (another shady outfit) to process a recurring charge against your checking account.

Word to the wise that I am learning the hard way:

NEVER use a debit card online that is linked to your primary account. Create a separate debit account for online transactions; or better yet, dont use debit cards online at all, as you will also find yourself in a fight with your banker, in addition to the scammer, in trying to get your money back.

Avoid using third party billing agencies such as EPOCH.com. Call your bank and tell them that you want to black list them from your checking account. Note that you may have to renew your black list every few months.
