Ripoff fraudulent billing No service No Support No Answer to phone call the business that doesn't give a damn

PC Doctor on Call, is a rip off. I purchased there 7 day service and received nothing. The cost was $29.95. I downloaded there software to include there unlocking key and have not been able to use the program. I have tried to contact support, billing, and there main office to no avail.

They give you a phone number to call (1-813-661-4530) and I have spoken to a female whom said that she would submit my information to billing and that I would receive a refund. This did not happen. I have since tryed calling this phone number again several times and now no one answers. The Phone number does show on my bank statement along with the charge made to my credit card. Do not purchase this product because there is no support or anyway to contact this company either by e-mail, address or phone.

Any sites on the internet that represent or let them run an add on there site should be contacted so as to have them removed. At the present I am working with my bank to get a refund. Good LUCK...!!!
