I simply got burned from the ecost scamwagon! Requested a 23" samsung check and paid through paypal. Check turned up loaded like garbage using the foundation hitting around inside. I ought tonot have actually troubled starting it but I did so. The check had no wires, no guarantee data, and was covered in a linen of thin foam.
