No refund!

I Bought 0n Feb. 1 A Fresh Soyo 42” LCD HDTV. From Ecost.com. I received it on Feb. 5th. Also it did not work as soon as we blocked it in. Named to switch and also to get yourself a return authorization number. They explained they'dnot go back and also to contact the maker SOYO immediate to get a fix or alternative I told them used to do not need a fix or alternative but my money-back in the end I did so purchase it from their store completely new.

They explained their return policy claims. Ecost.com Return Policy for TV’s 42” or higher if faulty you have to contact produce. For alternative or fix Ecost.com doesn't take return product for trade or repairs. No refunds or credit is likely to be given after purchase from Ecost.com. The manufactures warranty applies. Please contact the maker immediately.

One Feb. 5th I did so contact SOYO tech-support once they had walked me thru a lot of inspections they determined there is nothing else-they might do. And when I needed my money-back I'd need to contact Ecost.com

SOYO explained they wouldn't return me-any cash since I purchased it from Ecost.com but might restore it and so I told them that used to do not need it fixed because it never worked right from the container. Plus they stated easily needed money-back I'd need to contact Ecost.com. Nicely again I named Ecost.com and informed them the tale again just this time around to another person at Ecost.com from the title of (Kathy) she explained the same, contact SOYO to get a reimbursement I informed her they stated that I'd to make contact with Ecost.com. With that she set me on-hold and stated a boss might contact me back. I waited a later date when lastly a Mr. Gill calls me and provides me exactly the same B.S. That everyone at Ecost.com offered me contact SOYO to get a reimbursement agreement amount again I told him I needed my money-back with he begins to read his return policy NO REFUNDS NO RESULTS makes guarantee only applies.

Nicely by now I acquired so ashamed that I named SOYO to get a return authorization amount and so I might return it for them for whatever.

So Customers beware when coping with Ecost.com.
