ECOST - Leveno Notebook"refubished"

After the sale you might as well forget service, there isn't any. I purchased a Leveno notebook, when it arrived the Product Code would not activate the unit. It was impossable for me, age 82, to get Ecost to issue an "RMA" to return the unit. I received "ZERO" from there support people. Never again with "ECOST"
