Fraudulent practices

I needed to-order an TELEVISION, but incorrectly requested an LCD monitor. I named Ecost, however they declined to switch them. I had been prepared to include more income to purchase a Television and cover-all delivery costs, however they flat-out declined. I'd not suggest purchasing something from Ecost again.

I'd been buying together for approximately 2 yrs just before this event.
